Reachbotics digital files (print files, CAD sources and documents) are not sold outright; they are provided under a license. This section explains the license types and the conditions for using the files.

1.1 Standard license

Covers personal, educational and research use. The license holder may print the files any number of times and modify them in their own projects.

1.2 Commercial license

In addition to the standard license, allows selling printed parts and using them in client projects. The commercial license is not sold on the website; its scope and price are agreed by contacting us, depending on the intended use.

1.3 Prohibited use

Under both licenses, sharing the files with third parties, reselling them or distributing them free of charge is prohibited.

1.4 Versions and updates

Fixes to the same version are covered by that version’s license. Major redesigns are released as separate products.

1.5 Institutional use

Multi-user licenses are available for schools and workshops. Write to us for details.

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and explains how personal data is processed through the reachbotics.com website, the Reachbotics account and the Reachbotics Studio installations you link to your account.

2.1 Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Reachbotics as the data controller. For questions or requests about your personal data, email reachbotics@gmail.com.

2.2 Data we process, purposes and legal grounds

Personal data is collected electronically and automatically from the information you enter on the website and in your account, and from records created while you use the service.

You can withdraw your consent to the notify list at any time by writing to reachbotics@gmail.com.

Reachbotics Studio device summary. When you sign in with your account, Studio asks for your permission to send this summary the first time it opens; if you do not allow it, no summary is sent. If you allow it, the information listed in the table above is written to your account about every 15 minutes while the program is open and when you connect to or disconnect from your robot. Robot motions, programs, sequences, robot settings and files are never sent; the installation ID is not derived from your hardware but generated at random when you first open the program. The purpose is to show you the computers you use Studio on in your account page and to help find the problem when you ask for support.

You can withdraw your consent at any time in Studio under Settings › Privacy › Device summary › Don't send; from then on no summary is sent. You can delete a summary already sent in the Computers section of your account page.

Promotional emails (optional). If you tick “I would like to receive Reachbotics news and promotions by email.” on the sign-up form or on the My account page, we process your email address, name and language preference on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 5/1) to send you emails about Reachbotics products, Studio releases and offers; as proof, we keep the time you gave or withdrew consent and the page where you did it. The box is unticked by default and you can create an account without ticking it. You can withdraw your consent at any time under My account › Email preferences or by writing to reachbotics@gmail.com; after that, we send you no promotional emails.

2.3 Transfers

Personal data is shared with the service providers below only as far as needed to provide the service, in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Some of these providers are located outside Türkiye. Data may also be disclosed to authorized public bodies when they request it and the law requires it.

2.4 Retention

Personal data is kept for as long as its purpose requires and for any period set by law. Account data and robot definitions are kept while your account is open, the Studio device summary until you delete it or close your account, and your notify-list email until you withdraw consent. When these periods end or the grounds for processing no longer apply, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

2.5 Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to the data controller to:

1. learn whether your personal data is processed;
2. request information about the processing;
3. learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly;
4. know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred;
5. ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected;
6. ask for deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7;
7. ask for corrections, deletions and destructions to be notified to the third parties who received the data;
8. object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis of your data;
9. claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.

2.6 How to apply

Send your request to reachbotics@gmail.com with enough information for us to verify your identity. Requests are answered free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; if the request involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.

reachbotics.com does not use cookies for advertising or visitor tracking and does not run an analytics tool, so no cookie banner is shown. The few preferences the site needs are kept in your browser’s local storage instead of cookies.

3.1 What is stored in your browser

Theme, language and announcement preferences are never sent to a server. The session record is used only to verify your identity for account actions.

3.2 Third-party resources

When pages load, fonts come from Google Fonts and some open-source libraries from jsDelivr; the 3D model on the home page uses a decoder file served by Google. During these requests your IP address and browser information reach the provider, whose own privacy policy applies.

3.3 Managing stored data

You can delete site data at any time in your browser settings. Your theme preference will reset and you will be signed out of your account.
