1. Parties

Seller: Reachbotics · reachbotics@gmail.com · the trade name, address and tax details will be added when sales open.
Buyer: The person who enters their details when placing an order.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations relating to the sale and delivery of digital products (CAD, STL, Gerber, document and software files) ordered electronically by the buyer from the Reachbotics website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Product, price and payment

Prices shown on the site exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout. The product name, contents and total price including taxes are shown in the order summary before payment. Payments are collected by credit or debit card through iyzico in Türkiye and through Polar internationally.

4. Delivery

The product is digital content; there is no physical delivery. Once payment is confirmed, a download link is sent to the buyer’s email address and made available on the account page.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for intangible goods that are performed electronically and delivered to the consumer instantly. The buyer confirms this at checkout. The refund policy applies to defective files.

6. Disputes

Disputes are handled by the Consumer Arbitration Committee at the buyer’s place of residence within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade, and by the Consumer Courts above those limits.

Before the order is confirmed, the buyer is presented with the following information:

• The seller’s trade name, address and contact details
• The main characteristics of the product, its file formats and license type
• The total price including taxes and the payment method
• That delivery is digital and takes place immediately after payment is confirmed
• That there is no right of withdrawal, and the reason for it
• The authorities to which complaints and objections can be submitted

For digital products, the right of withdrawal ends once the download starts. We will still resolve the issue in the following cases:

• The file does not open or is corrupted: a corrected file is sent.
• The content does not match the description on the product page: missing files are supplied, and if that is not possible, the fee is refunded.
• The same product was purchased twice by mistake: the second payment is refunded.

Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase by emailing reachbotics@gmail.com and quoting your order number.

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Reachbotics (the trade name will be added when sales open).

Data processed and purposes

• Identity and contact (name, email): to deliver orders, issue invoices and provide support.
• Billing information (Turkish ID or tax number, address): legal invoicing obligations.
• Transaction information (orders, download records, IP address): service security and abuse prevention.
• Newsletter (email): processed only with explicit consent, which can be withdrawn via the link in every email.

Transfers

Data is shared only as far as the service requires with payment institutions (iyzico, Polar) and with email and hosting providers. Some of these providers are located abroad; transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the Law.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to its processing. Requests: reachbotics@gmail.com.

The site uses an analytics tool that does not use cookies to track visitors (Plausible), so no cookie consent banner is shown. Cart information is stored only in the user’s browser (localStorage) and is not sent to a server. Payment pages are subject to the cookie policies of the respective payment providers.
